Okazzi Refund And Cancellation Policy

Complaints are only accepted when submitted through email. Complaints made over the phone or in face-to-face meetings will not be considered.
Complaints are only accepted when placed 15 days from the day of reception of the goods. After this period, the order will be deemed accepted.
Explicit returns of the goods are only accepted if their collection is requested within 15 days of the reception of the goods. Returns of the goods must always done through Okazzi transport companies. Return of goods using other transport channels will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be shipped back using the original packaging, and the collection of returned goods will take place at the original delivery address.
Complaints regarding damaged packages will only be accepted if noted on the courier's delivery receipt. It is the client's responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery.
Complaints about customized items will not be accepted. It is the client's responsibility to accept the items because he/she approved the sample and told Okazzi to proceed with Mass production.
The client bears the responsibility of providing evidence to support their complaint. Evidence can include photos, video records of damaged products, or providing samples. If explicitly requested by Okazzi, the client must make the entire complaint order available for collection. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities will result in the complaint being rejected.
In the case of incomplete orders, Okazzi may replace the missing goods using the same shipping method as the original order. Okazzi is not obligated to cover any costs associated with express shipping under any circumstances.
Complaints regarding delays in order fulfillment will only be considered if the shipment of goods exceeds the approved time frame by 48 hours. (For both non customize and customized orders – notice that the approval of customized orders takes place at the mock-up approval stage).
Complaints about damaged or missing goods during transportation by a third party will only be addressed if the incident is reported on the delivery note provided by the transport company upon goods reception. Okazzi will act as a support entity for obtaining compensation from the transport company but will not bear any direct responsibility
Goods not delivered due to the client's absence at the delivery address are fully payable without exceptions. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to these absences will be fully charged to the Client.
Partial returns of goods may result in a revision of prices and transport costs based on the actual quantities purchased by the client at the time of the order.
In case of returned goods non subject to an approved complain, shipping costs (to and from) will be charged to the Client.
The existence of a complain does not give the Client any sort of right of delaying the due payment of the original invoice. Any credit notes issued as a result of complaints follow the same payment terms as the original invoice. This means that the client must first pay the invoice in full and then benefit from the credit note afterward.
Orders with no logo printing requirements can be cancelled within 24 hours. For that use the cancellation button or contact our customer support at ops@okazzi.com for further assistance.
Orders with logo requirements can be cancelled within 24 hours provided that mock-up design approval has not been granted, only by contacting customer support at ops@okazzi.com.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
The Client has the right, at its explicit demand, to be paid on a generated Credit Note amount. Unless this is explicitly requested by the Client, Credit Notes will generate a reduction on the open amount of the Client.
Any liability due to complaints from a client will always be superiorly limited to the amount of the invoice that is associated to the complaint. Okazzi will never be liable to any commercial, consequential or indirect loss generated by a defective Order to the Client.
The general guarantee over the goods commercially placed is of 6 months.
